Achill Island Turbot was established in 2008 by Michael Flanagan and Raymond Mairs with the objective of creating a world class recirculation aquaculture facility on Achill Island.
Achill Island Turbot supply restaurants and culinary establishments with Irish turbot raised in pristine Atlantic seawater on the west coast of Ireland, while at the same time ensuring wild stocks of this endangered fish are not reduced further.
